The performance objective was to create the “best private cinema” to entertain the client’s guests from across the world with film, music, and theatre. Exceptional sound was vital to the success of the project.

A stunning, dedicated home cinema within the newly excavated basement of a country home was built as part of a major refurbishment of the property. The retired owners wanted a stylish, comfortable room which was simple to use and demonstrated quality and value for money.

The project brief was to create a fully integrated control system for an elegant home in Kensington. Knektd worked closely with the interior design team to ensure the technology blended seamlessly with the contemporary aesthetics.

SMC provided a comprehensive but easy-to-use home automation system for a 5-storey family home in Holland Park. Crestron was selected to integrate control of HVAC, security, lighting/shading, and AV. 

This luxurious villa on the beautiful Island of Corsica serves as a relaxing holiday retreat for the family. As the property is also rented out for most of the year, the home integration system had to be extremely user-friendly to fulfil the needs of guests.

Nestled within a historic Australian mansion, The Cloister by Wavetrain Cinemas stands as an unrivalled luxury home cinema.

Seeking a captivating escape for their loved ones, a homeowner approached McCormick Concepts in search of a premium cinema experience infused with captivating aesthetics.

As this project’s name implies, this highly technical yet flawless design would impress just about anyone. Unlike many home theatre projects, the racks and equipment were built into the theme of the room rather than being hidden.

This project merged 19^th century architecture with state-of-the-art lighting to create a gorgeous and usable music room. The room needed to be brighter, create flexible lighting, and ensure all controls were integrated.

Almost every type of lighting was used to create this outdoor oasis for the homeowner, for a total of 249 fixtures. When the project was complete, including a number of automation features, the result was stunning.

The owner was a tech enthusiast and had high expectations for his contemporary home designed with his young family in mind. The house features numerous, innovative, bespoke systems. An interactive staircase plays music and lights up, when in use.

Cyberhomes was tasked with creating a visually dramatic home cinema for watching movies, big sporting events, gaming, and presentations with both family and friends. Fine tuning of the design was achieved using 3D renders, including 360 on a VR headset.

For this project, AUDIOVISIONS was tasked with creating customizable solutions for seven individual condo units and a common area. The goal? To connect eight separate systems through high-end technology systems while being mindful of the architecture.

The room is not a dedicated home theater, but the client wanted a dedicated home theater performance. The end result is an absolutely overwhelming experience in either A/V use or human performance modes.
