Bayside Luxury, a sprawling estate in Melbourne’s Bayside area, is not just a home; it is a manifestation of opulence, seamlessly blending architecture and advanced technology to create a sanctuary for its inhabitants.

Aurora Terrace emerged as a canvas of immense potential when the clients first discovered the four-story townhouse in Victoria, Australia. Zene's ingenious solution involved building a soundproof room-within-a-room, detaching new cinema walls from the existing ones to minimise noise transmission.

At the core of this project was the goal of creating a family home that evolves with its residents. Nisi Group's dedication led to a space with multiple entertainment areas fostering togetherness. Sustainability was a priority, reflecting a commitment to a greener future.

This intricately themed theatre shows that form and function can work together. The client requested Atlanta Home Theater install a high-performance theatre with a Star Wars theme. The theme was of utmost importance to the client despite concerns that traditional theatre design quality might not be possible. Happily, the integrator says, “The many nooks and crevices of the themed design led to the entire room being a diffuser, which allowed the room to have a more balanced sound than anticipated.”

When a notable Silicon Valley executive called Audio Images requesting a consultation, they initially thought it might be a practical joke. As it turned out, the client had chosen them to construct a reference-quality screening room in their home because they’re a CEDIA award-winning home theatre design and installation integrator.

This home exemplifies how beautiful and functional well-integrated technology can be. Although there were many challenges associated with the Hawaiian electric grid, Pacific Audio was able to provide easy-to-use solutions that fit what the client wanted and needed all throughout the house.

The homeowner of this beautiful property requested an immersive audio and video experience that everyone in the home, including his wife and grandchildren, could use with ease. He also wanted high-quality sound and video throughout the home both indoors and outdoors.

La Scala aimed for perfection in this large home integration project with truly amazing results. From day one there were challenges, such as having to place the wiring panels and equipment rack in two separate locations due to space constraints. It helped that the integrator “supplied nearly every system on the property” minus the pipes in the wall and the boiler. This allowed them to be flexible during the installation, make changes as needed, and better control equipment procurement.

Extending to 13,000sq/ft of internal floor space, this property comprises four bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an expansive open-plan kitchen/dining and living accommodation along with extensive leisure facilities including swimming pool with gym and sauna.

The client wanted a 1920’s Cigar and Whiskey Bar with great lighting and audio. Clarke Infinity used the artist/creator/cabinet maker, Matthew Nunn to build the bar.

The smart-home user interface is the intimate point of contact between the user and their home technology. Dawsons AV’s client wished to relocate and consolidate his various IT and AV racks into a new location. It involved  repurposing a void and constructing a new rack space that partially used this void. 

Cinemaworks wanted to create a home cinema that was “magical” and yet “attainable”. The business objective was to persuade clients that transforming a spare room into a cinema is a realistic and affordable reality.

The family wanted to create a dual-purpose living room: a family-friendly space during the day and a luxurious home cinema in the evening. It was important that the technology did not encroach on either the storage or floor space and was safe from inquisitive children damaging expensive equipment or causing injury to themselves.
