CEDIA, the Association for Smart Home Professionals™, is delighted to announce the winners of this year’s CEDIA Smart Home Awards EMEA 2026. Marking twenty years since the Awards programme was first launched in the region, attendees gathered at the prestigious National History Museum in London on Friday 23rd October for a special anniversary celebration to honour the very best in professional smart home design, integration, and technical excellence.
The CEDIA Smart Home Awards have celebrated excellence in the UK since its launch in 2006, as part of a global programme spanning the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This year’s winners brought the global theme, ‘Beyond What You See’ to life, showcasing the creativity, expertise, and attention to detail that goes into creating exceptional smart home experiences, as well as the difference these solutions can make to everyday life.
“It’s always a great feeling to see the Awards come together, but this year felt particularly special,” said Matt Nimmons, CEDIA Managing Director EMEA. “When you look back at where the industry was twenty years ago, it’s incredible to see how much has changed. The technology is more advanced, but the biggest difference is the level of design behind it, which really comes through in this year’s award winners. We’re seeing teams take on more ambitious projects and think about technology in completely different ways. For me, that’s what makes the twentieth anniversary so meaningful. It's the opportunity for us to recognise the people and ideas that are going to drive the industry forward over the next twenty years.”
This year’s black-tie event began with a drinks reception, sponsored by Control4, providing guests with the opportunity to mingle and connect, before taking their seats for the awards ceremony. Matt Nimmons joined the event sponsors – including headline sponsor, Monitor Audio Group – on stage to announce this year’s winners, celebrating the exceptional smart home technology businesses, individuals, products, and projects, who are helping to shape the future of the industry.
Highlights included four accolades for MCBEE, three for Beyond Alliance, and three for first time winner, Easing, including Global Integrated Home. Peter Lyngdorf was also recognised with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award, celebrating his outstanding contributions to the industry. The ceremony concluded with an after-dinner drinks reception, sponsored by Zennio, allowing attendees to continue the celebrations into the evening.

The 2026 CEDIA Smart Home Awards Americas winners were announced during the CEDIA Expo in Denver. The last remaining award ceremony for the Asia Pacific region will take place on Wednesday 28th October at The Island Gold Coast boutique hotel, Surfers Paradise, Australia.
