One of the primary challenges faced by Logic Integration was the management of natural light within the penthouse. The abundance of windows, while providing stunning views and an open, airy feel, posed significant difficulties in controlling light and maintaining privacy. This was particularly complex given the high placement of some windows, which required innovative shading solutions. The integrator employed motorized shades that blend into the architecture when not in use, preserving the penthouse's sleek lines and ensuring unobstructed views while allowing for precise control of natural light and privacy.
