Fitzroy Square is a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse in central London, carefully renovated to support contemporary living while preserving its architectural heritage. Alongside a sensitive restoration of the original home, the project included a heavily refurbished mews building and the addition of a spa and underground swimming pool. The homeowner wanted the entire property to feel elegant, intuitive, and effortless to live in, without visible technology distracting from the period details.
Mosaic AV worked closely with architects and contractors to integrate systems without impacting ceilings, walls, or historic features.
Systems were unified so lighting, audio, security, and control feel consistent across the townhouse, mews, and spa areas.
TVs were concealed behind mechanisms, speakers were hidden, and keypads were chosen for their classic appearance.
Control interfaces, finishes, and hardware were carefully selected to complement both styles without visual contrast.
