Coastal climate posed risks for electronics

Weather-resistant speakers and carefully selected equipment were used to ensure durability in humid, salty conditions. 

The client wanted both security and ease of access

CCTV, intercoms, and an AJAX alarm system were integrated to provide visibility, alerts, and control from anywhere. 

Equipment heat management was a concern

Active cooling and ventilation were installed in equipment rooms to maintain safe operating temperatures. 

Simple, centralised control of many systems 

All lighting, curtains, entertainment, security, and communication systems were unified into one easy-to-use control interface.
