The team planned the villa so the technology stays out of sight, with robust cabling and protected power built in early and strong Wi-Fi throughout the house and grounds.
Day to day, the house simply adapts. Lights fade as evening arrives, curtains close to match, and the air conditioning cools the master bedroom before he gets there. Say “Good Night” and the lights dim, the curtains draw and the security system arms. Cameras and a smart alarm tell a person at the gate from a branch in the wind, so he gets useful alerts rather than noise. Music and video follow him from room to room, with the sound tuned to feel balanced wherever he sits.
It was replaced with a higher-capacity Hikvision NVR with enhanced decoding resources, paired with optimized per-zone bitrate settings to eliminate latency.
RGB LED lighting and USB-A/USB-C charging were built directly into the seat bases and controllers, with a wireless phone charging mount added as an accessory, keeping all cabling out of sight in the luxury seating.
IP-rated ground lights, step lights, garden speakers, and cameras were coordinated with the landscape architect and recessed or buried to avoid visible hardware across the grounds.
Touchscreens and keypads were flush-mounted into millwork with finishes matched to wall plates, and screens were set to display art or ambient clocks when idle rather than going dark.
