Set along Auckland’s coastline, this luxury residence was designed for homeowners who wanted advanced technology without visual clutter or complexity. Their goal was simple but exacting: a fully integrated home where lighting, entertainment, security, and comfort systems worked together intuitively, enhancing daily life while remaining largely unseen.

Liquid Automation partnered closely with the architect and build team to ensure technology was embedded from the earliest stages. Every system was carefully planned, pre-built, and tested before installation, resulting in a home that feels calm, reliable, and easy to live in. From welcoming arrival scenes to discreet audio throughout the house, the technology quietly supports the architecture rather than competing with it.
