FISHERS, Indiana (2 de mayo de 2024) - CEDIA, la Association for Smart Home Professionals™, ha abierto la presentación de candidaturas a nivel mundial para el Lifetime Achievement Award 2024. Honrado anualmente en los tres CEDIA Smart Home Awards mundiales, el Lifetime Achievement Award reconoce a un individuo que ha exhibido un liderazgo excepcional, creativo, innovador y visionario en el crecimiento y avance de la industria profesional del hogar inteligente.
El Lifetime Achievement Award está abierto a cualquier persona de una empresa miembro de CEDIA. Las nominaciones son juzgadas por la Junta Directiva de CEDIA y se basan únicamente en el contenido proporcionado en la solicitud. Para honrar al galardonado, CEDIA producirá un vídeo de homenaje destacando el trabajo de su vida y proporcionará una plataforma para que se dirija a la industria durante un discurso en las ceremonias de los Premios CEDIA Smart Home 2024.

Para 2024, CEDIA también ha introducido tres categorías de Premios Individuales para destacar a las personas que han hecho contribuciones excepcionales en sus respectivos campos: Mejor Recién Llegado, Mejor Técnico y Mejor Representante de Ventas. Estas nuevas categorías se unen a los ya existentes Premios a los Fabricantes, Premios a los Integradores y Salón de la Fama.

El plazo de presentación de candidaturas para el Lifetime Achievement Award finaliza el 24 de mayo. La fecha límite para todos los premios a fabricantes, empresas e individuos es el 1 de junio.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is a global award and celebrates an individual who has demonstrated innovative and visionary leadership in the professional smart home industry. We invite the industry (nominations accepted from non-members) to put forward individuals who they feel are worthy of this award; with examples of their dedication to their profession and eagerness to share their expertise with others.
This category is specifically designed to honour those individuals who have recently entered the industry (entered the industry from Jan 1, 2022) and have already made a significant impact. If you are a new professional in the smart home technology integration field and have demonstrated outstanding talent, dedication, and potential, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your accomplishments and gain industry recognition. Entries can be nominated by themselves or by a peer and will be judged by a panel.
Celebrating sales representatives from manufacturers, distributors and manufacturer rep agencies, this award recognises those individuals that go above and beyond to put their customer first, excelling in customer service. Entries can be nominated by themselves or by a peer and will be judged by the industry (open to non-member voting).
Honouring individuals who meet a strict criteria of CEDIA standards and expectations around professionalism, technical competence, and technical execution. Entries can be nominated by their employer and will be judged by a panel.
