The client wanted a home where every system, lighting, shading, audio, security, video, bug screens, and pool, behaved as one simple, consistent experience with no learning curve. The architecture was clean and modern with nothing meant to compete for attention, so the brief quickly became less about building a smart home and more about protecting the feel of the home itself.
A fully custom 15-foot Leon Horizon soundbar was built into the Leon Edge Media structure, becoming the largest residential Leon Edge Media system produced, reinforced by two JL Audio 13" in-wall Fathom subwoofers.
Invisible Amina speakers were integrated into front and rear wall framing, with doorways into the room lowered specifically to improve visual integration and performance.
Future Automation articulating mounts were used to maintain alignment, prevent long-term sag, and allow full service access without removing the displays.
The video wall was tied into a simplified Crestron interface so multiple sources display simultaneously without added operational complexity, and AVPro Edge lets the 4 x 98" displays merge into a single screen for movie nights.
