The Townhouse Hotel was created by a young couple with a clear ambition: to build a small luxury hotel that delivers the polish of the world’s finest hospitality brands, while still feeling warm, personal, and residential in character. Every detail needed to feel intentional, from lighting and materials to how guests interact with the space the moment they arrive.

Synergy Technologies partnered closely with the design and build team to integrate technology that enhances the guest experience without ever drawing attention to itself. Lighting, climate, shading, audio, entertainment, and access all work together behind the scenes, allowing guests to settle in effortlessly and feel cared for from check-in to departure.

Design-led Details: Custom-machined brass keypads and signage were created to match interior finishes, turning functional controls into tactile design elements.

Discreet Audio and Entertainment: Bang & Olufsen speakers and televisions provide high-quality sound and visuals while complementing the hotel’s aesthetic.
