Homeowner wanted the ability to expand the system’s code on his own

Cloud 9 AV built the home around Control4 and an open UNIFI network structure, giving him full flexibility for future customisation.

Multi-point entry door hardware

Cloud 9 AV worked with HOPPE hardware and a specialised installer to create a fully integrated, relay-based locking system supported by the 2N door stations.

Bug screens and tall accordion doors required careful shading integration

Custom framing adjustments and collaboration with the builder ensured Somfy bug screens and Lutron shading pockets were properly concealed.

Smart Lighting: A Lutron HomeWorks QSX system with custom-icon Palladiom keypads provides beautiful, simple lighting control tailored to each room.

Integrated Security: DSC alarm hardware, Hikvision cameras, 2N door stations, and the custom HOPPE multipoint lock work together for a secure and convenient entry experience.

Concealed Window Treatments: Nineteen Lutron motorised shades and Somfy bug screens are tucked into recessed pockets for a clean architectural look.

Whole-Home Entertainment: Multi-room audio, a basement media room, and clean TV installations throughout the home bring music and video wherever the family needs it.

System Built for Customisation: The homeowner can write his own automation logic using Control4’s Composer Home Edition, making the system uniquely personal.
