Located on a prominent corner site in Sydney’s Double Bay, this contemporary family home was designed to balance striking architecture with calm, intuitive living. From the outset, the homeowners wanted a house that felt luxurious and considered, but never complicated. Technology needed to enhance comfort, efficiency, and daily routines while remaining largely invisible.

Ryelec Automation was brought in early to work alongside the architects and interior designers, ensuring technology was woven into the fabric of the home.
