Buzzards Road Home Cinema

The original idea for this cinema focused on a large-format LED screen positioned so it could also be viewed from an adjacent gym. While ambitious, the concept compromised both sound and seating. After visiting the IndigoZest Ltd showroom and experiencing a properly designed projection-based cinema, the homeowner decided to rethink the space entirely.

Working in close collaboration with Cinema Luxe, IndigoZest Ltd rotated the room layout, separated the cinema from the gym, and rebuilt the space around a clear goal: deliver a true commercial-level cinema experience at home. The result is a refined, immersive room designed for focused film watching, social gatherings, and family moments, all brought together with elegant interior design and simple, intuitive control.

The original LED screen concept limited audio quality and seating

The room was reoriented and redesigned around a projection system, allowing proper speaker placement and multiple seating rows.

Hidden Speakers: All speakers, bass trapping, absorption, and diffusion are concealed behind fabric walls, keeping the room visually clean and acoustically balanced.

Large-format Projection: A native 4K laser projector paired with a 145-inch acoustically transparent screen creates a bold, cinematic image designed for film-first viewing.

Cinematic Lighting Design: Linear LEDs, bespoke bronze wall fixtures, and a fibre-optic star ceiling create atmosphere while supporting practical entry and exit scenes.

Intuitive Automation: Playback is when the front gate intercom is pressed, and custom scenes support everything from movie nights to live football.
