Through CEDIA Smart Home Awards, we can recognize the best of the best in technical design and installation, documentation, customer service and innovation. CEDIA can provide insight into the lifestyle benefits for the client and the importance of working with a professional to homeowners, allied trades, and governments, firmly establishing Smart Homes Technology as an essential part of any new build or retrofit.
Each region hosts an annual awards celebration event. These events provide an opportunity for our industry to come together to acknowledge excellence within the industry, build a community of specialists within our sector and champion individuals who have stood out in their field of expertise. These events are truly a celebration of the whole company and a great way of recognising everyone that was involved.
CEDIA take pride in creating standards and best practices; these guidelines give the CEDIA Smart Home Award judges the authority to assess each entry according to industry benchmarks. Through the submission process we can ascertain how these standards have been applied to the technical specification and enhanced the project. The documentation that is part of this process contains calculations & customised design specification outlining the client brief, challenges overcome and a commitment to professionalism throughout the project.
